Live Event Guest Portraits~ The Experience~

We aim to keep our services simple, transparent, and stress-free, so you can enjoy your special day without surprises. Our all-inclusive approach — based on guest count and includes studio time if necessary— allows all of your guests to receive a one-of-a-kind portrait card and lets you plan with confidence.

Contact Form

  • We snap a quick photo — guests don’t need to stop celebrating, and we also have a fun “pose board” for inspiration.

    We paint live using watercolor and embellishments, and guests are free to interact and watch the process as their portraits come to life.

    Portraits are displayed on our live art stand throughout the event, where guests can enjoy seeing themselves, their friends, and family featured in the artwork.

    Portraits are done! Couples have the option to let guests leave the event with their portraits as a party favor, or we collect them afterward for the couple to use as unique thank-you cards.

  • Two Artists
    Every booking includes two live artists, working together to balance speed with meticulous detail, efficiently creating beautiful portraits while keeping the live-art experience seamless for your guests.

    Hours & Timing
    We set up during your ceremony (or otherwise arranged time) and begin painting at cocktail hour, continuing through the reception — usually 4–6 hours of live painting, depending on your timeline and guest count.

    Quality
    We use high-quality 5” by 7” watercolor paper or fold-over cards, using premium watercolor paints and embellishing with glitter paint, jewels, and pearls.

    All-Inclusive Pricing & Studio Time
    Every guest who wants a portrait receives one — no repeats. We paint primarily couples portraits but also accommodate singles and small groups/ families with children. Depending on your guest count and live art timeline, some studio time to finish any portraits after the event may be necessary and is included — no additional charges. All portraits are mailed to you within 30 days.

    Display & Keepsakes
    Portraits are displayed during the event on our “live art” stand for everyone to enjoy. Couples can choose:

    • Party Favors: Guests take their portraits home that night

    • Thank You Cards: Portraits are collected after the event for the couple to use as special thank-you cards (ideal for larger guest counts, or if you want a full display board).

    Custom Stamp
    Each portrait comes with a custom stamp selected by the couple, adding a personal touch to every keepsake (can be omitted).

    Additional Services
    When you book live guest art with us, we offer significant discounts on our additional and complimentary artwork and services, including live or after-event bride/groom portraits (watercolor or oil) and bridal bouquet preservation.

    Travel & Booking
    We’re based in Castle Rock and we do travel! We include up to 80 miles round trip in our packages, and quote $1 per mile of additional mileage. Event locations over 2 hours away may require an additional cost if an overnight stay is necessary due to the event timeline.

    A $150 retainer secures your date and goes toward your final balance, not due until 30 days before your event date.

  • 10-39 guests- inquire for a custom quote.

    40-50 guests- $1,750

    51-75 guests- $2,050

    76-100 guests- $2,350

    101-125 guests- $2,650

    126-150 guests- $2,950

    151+ guests- inquire for a custom quote.

    Weekday Weddings: Monday–Thursday receive a 10% discount — contact us for a personalized quote.

    Military Discount: If either member of the couple is active-duty military, we’re honored to offer a discount — please mention this when booking.

Bouquet Preservation – Pressed Floral Frame

Turn your wedding bouquet into a timeless keepsake with a pressed floral display set between double-glass frames. Flowers are carefully pressed, arranged to reflect your original bouquet, and designed to your preferences—you’re welcome to share inspiration photos or specific requests + inclusions.

  • Creation Time: ~8–12 weeks

  • Design Approval: You’ll receive photos for final approval before anything is secured

  • Finishing: Finished with a protective spray to help maintain the flowers’ color and prevent yellowing over time

  • Options: Three sizes, five frame colors. Different styled or sized frames available but incur additional cost.

    • 5"×7" — $45 ($36 if booked with a Live Guest Art package)

    • 12"×12" — $400 ($320 if booked with a Live Guest Art package)

    • 17"×21" — $550 ($440 if booked with a Live Guest Art package)

  • White Bouquets: Optional black background frame instead of double glass for more contrast

Pickup & Drop-Off:
To ensure the highest quality, bouquets must be handed off in person—either through complimentary pickup within 30 miles of Castle Rock or by dropping off at our Castle Rock studio.
(This service pairs perfectly with our Live Guest Art packages, since we’re already onsite to collect your bouquet!)

Custom Oil Portraits – 16"×20" & 18"×24"

Commission a true ½ or ¾-length Bride/Groom portrait in your choice of impressionistic or realistic style. By focusing on ½ to ¾-length compositions, we’re able to beautifully highlight the couple and the heartfelt details that express their love. Painted on high-quality flat linen panels with the frame included, each artwork is created from your selected wedding, engagement, or special photo.

  • Creation Time: ~6-12 weeks (due to fine detail + oil paint drying time)

  • Photo Submission & Consultation: After purchase, you’ll be prompted to send your photo, and we’ll set up a quick phone call to discuss your vision and any details you'd like included + get your sketch approval before we begin painting
