Guests don’t need to stop celebrating! A quick photo is all it takes.
Using the reference photo we take, your guests come to life on paper using watercolor and embellishments! Guests are free to interact and watch the process as we paint if they please.
We Paint Live
Portraits are displayed on our live art stand throughout the event, where guests can enjoy seeing themselves, friends, and family featured in the artwork. Couples have the option to let guests leave the event with their portraits as a party favor, or we collect them afterward for the couple to use as unique thank-you cards.

What better way to capture your guest’s outfits than the details- actual jewel earrings, lace, glitter and 3D flowers are just a few of the ways we make each portrait extra special! These extra details are always what blow guests away.
Jewels, Lace, and Glitter Paint
We believe your special day should be as transparent and stress-free as possible, which is why we strongly believe in transparent upfront pricing. Rather than booking by the hour, which can leave guests unpainted when time runs out, our all-inclusive approach is based on guest count. This ensures everyone has the opportunity to receive a one-of-a-kind portrait card while giving you confidence in your event planning. We bring everything needed, including our professional setup, live art display stand, high-quality paints and paper, and all supplies. Studio time is included when necessary, so there are no unexpected costs or disappointed guests.

Being a two-artist team allows us to create highly detailed and special guest portraits! Every booking is at-least two artists!

Live Guest Art Details
Our live guest art experience is priced based on the total estimated guest count. Every booking includes two artists, and we work within the couple’s timeline (often starting at cocktail hour and continuing through the reception, usually 3-6hrs of live painting depending on guest count & location). Every guest who would like a portrait has the opportunity to be painted once — no repeats. We primarily paint couples but can accommodate a group of three and families with children.
Depending on total guest count and live painting timeline, some portraits may be completed in our studio after the event. This is included in the experience at no additional charge and are mailed to the couple within 30 days of the event.
Couples receive a custom designed stamp for the portrait cards if desired that can include their choice of details (wedding date, names, location, etc…)
The Bride & Groom portrait will include a luxury background & paper frame and can include the couple’s pet(s) if desired.
Couples have the option to let guests leave the event with their portraits as a party favor, or we collect the portraits and mail to the couple so they can be used as unique thank-you cards.
We’re based in Castle Rock and do travel! We include up to 80 miles round trip in our packages, and quote $2 per mile of additional mileage. Event locations over 2 hours away may require an additional cost if an overnight stay is necessary due to the event timeline.
A $150 retainer secures your date and goes toward the final balance, not due until 30 days before your event date.

51–75 guests: $2,050
76–100 guests: $2,350
101–125 guests: $2,650
126–150 guests: $2,950
151+ guests: Inquire for a custom quote with your guest count
Bookings Monday-Thursday receive a 10% discount.
If either member of the couple is Military we are pleased to offer a discount, please mention in your inquiry!
Luxury Upgrades- Frames
Add a decorative frame to your guest’s artwork for an elevated, finished look. Guests leave with their artwork already framed and ready to be displayed in their home. They are paper frames that pop out into stands and are double sided black + white so guests can choose what color they prefer. Priced at $1 per guest (must be purchased for all guests).
Luxury Upgrades- Detailed Backgrounds
For portraits for those extra special family members, friends, or bridal party add an intricate, custom-designed background to select guest artwork. You can select exactly how many you would like and let us know what guests will be receiving them. Backgrounds are custom to you and can be modeled from your venue scenery (ceremony arch, florals, mountain scenery, etc.…). Certain backgrounds can be pre-painted in studio and guests added in at the event, and some may need to be completed in studio after. Discounted for packages of 5 or 10.
